The second stop of the Big Mountain Enduro Series took place at Sunrise Park Resort, Arizona over the weekend. Liv Racing Collective athlete Isabella Naughton took home first place in the Pro Women's category on her Intrigue LT Advanced Pro with an overall time of 40:28.7.

The action-packed weekend of racing came down to a one-second split in timing between Naughton and second-place Stefanie McDaniel. "I was back by 0.5 seconds after day one and on day two we switched back and forth all day. I was 0.3 seconds back going into the last stage and I put every last ounce of energy I had into it and managed to get the overall win by 0.9 seconds, that was the coolest racing I’ve ever done!", exclaimed Naughton after the race. "Sunrise ski resort is no joke; the terrain is steep, technical, and rocky. You had to be focused the whole day to not make mistakes."

Returning to the race scene after an injury-filled season last year, the win felt exceptionally rewarding for the local enduro star. "I felt good, I was confident in my riding and was excited to be racing in my home state. This win tops any I’ve received in the past. After a year full of injuries last year and having to regain confidence in myself, it feels really good to see the hard work come together this weekend."

Continue to follow Isabella Naughton as she heads to round three of the Big Mountain Enduro in Durango, Colorado on July 8-9.
