Liv ambassador Tyler Jacobs claimed a standout victory at the 2026 South African National Road Championships, winning the Elite Women’s Road Race title in Walkerville on Saturday.

Racing at the Rosenbusch Estate circuit, Jacobs delivered a composed and tactical performance in a tightly contested race, ultimately powering to victory in a sprint finish against some of South Africa’s strongest riders. She crossed the line ahead of Lisa Bone in second place, with Ashleigh Moolman Pasio rounding out the podium in third.

The win secures Jacobs the coveted national champion’s jersey and marks a major milestone in her road racing career. Known for her versatility across disciplines, Jacobs continues to demonstrate her strength and race intelligence at the highest level of South African cycling.
